The spiral automatic mixer SR are fast cycle mixers. Allowing the customer to shorten kneading times without compromising on the quality of the final product. Timing programs can be set up by the use of two timers.

The machine is prepared to turn the bowl  in an anti-clockwise direction  (contrary sense).The column, kneading hooks ,bowl and safeguard mesh  grill are stainless steel. The belt drive is extremly quiet. The structure is made of  thick pressed  metal  sheets  painted with epoxy  powder  coatings.

The fork/paddle  kneader are characterised by a fork/paddle  which  kneads  at a  much  slower pace than  other  kneading hook  mixers. The advantage of this is that  the machine yields less heat into the dough. The fork /paddle kneader is  suitable for  all kinds of dough , above all a stiff dough (32%-35% of water) or  a medium to tough dough(45%-50% water).To render the machine more versatile , there are mixers /kneaders with one or two speeds  which  allows them to be  used  with a softer more hydrated dough.
